Our Brief History

Light up your life with Binary!

Hangzhou Binary Optoelectronics & Tech Co.,Ltd is a technology and lighting company based in Hangzhou’s Alibaba Center. Since branched from a festival lighting company in August of 2018, we have utilized our experience in festive lighting and shifted our focus towards reimagining conventional lighting.

Our Story

Previously lighting has been designed with a specific function in mind and has very limited adaptability. However we at Binary believe that lighting should be inspiring and support a person or companies’ creativity. We offer adaptable products that can be easily customized to suit your needs. Like Lego, our lights act as building blocks that can be combined to fit entirely different use cases.

Our Team

Our research and design team works tirelessly to develop new products. We work in conjunction with research institutes such as Zhejiang Industrial University to invent breakthrough technology for next generation lighting. We also collaborate with well-known industrial companies to improve our manufacturing processes. Currently we hold many Invention and Utility Model Patents in China, Europe and the United States, and we are still actively working on research and are applying more.
